Description

This Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day! It’s completely vegan, gluten-free and keto and is ready in just 5 minutes! It tastes like dessert but is made entirely from superfoods, so its incredibly nourishing for your body! Plus, with all these healthy fats, protein and fibre, it will keep you full all the way to lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cups Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts

Preparation

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into your high-speed blender and throw away the skins.

Add almond milk, peanut butter, cacao powder, Swerve and hemp hearts to the blender. Blend at medium speed until smooth.

Divide between glasses and top with extra superfoods such as cacao nibs, shredded coconut, chia seeds or more hemp hearts!
