Simple yet delicious lunch or supper for two!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Pitas, Halved
- Your Favorite Pizza Fillings
- ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cups Your Favorite Pizza Sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Cut pita in half. Add your favorite fillings, cheese, and sauce. Place upright on a nonstick baking sheet or loaf pan (I use a taco shell stand), with the opening facing upward. Bake 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
We love these and often add a mixed green salad on the side. Enjoy!
