Description
Avocado and pineapple combined to make an unforgettable guacamole—and I made it spicy!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Avocado
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, Or Juice Of Half A Lemon
- ¼ cups Finely Diced Red Onion
- 3 whole Jarred Peppadew Peppers, Chopped
- ⅓ cups Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- ½ teaspoons Tabasco, Or Your Favorite Hot Sauce
Preparation
Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Spoon the flesh into a small bowl. Add all remaining ingredients in the bowl with the avocado and mash together using a fork or potato masher until combined. Serve immediately with chips.
This would also be fabulous with fish tacos! Just sayin’.
