Ingredients

  • 3  Eggs
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • Maple Syrup And Berries, For Serving

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Drop ¼ cup batter per pancake and cook 1 minute per side.
