Description

When I am feeling under the weather, this tea works better than any medicine to make me feel better. Sore throat, indigestion, nausea, headache …. whatever ails you, a cup of this tea will soothe you like nothing else.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece (1 Inch Long) Fresh Ginger
  • 4 cups Water
  • Honey, To Taste
  • Lemon Slices, To Taste

Preparation

Peel ginger and slice into thin slices. Place the ginger and the water into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add honey to your tea, stir until dissolved.

Strain tea into a warm mug. Serve with a lemon slice, if desired.
