A quick and easy lunch or snack, this avocado tuna salad is healthy, easy, and absolutely amazing!
Ingredients
- 1 can (6 1/2 Oz. Size) Tuna, Drained
- ½ whole Red Pepper, Diced
- ½ whole Avocado, Mashed
- ¼ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Pesto
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly to combine. Serve with crackers and veggies for dipping, or in a sandwich or pita.
Tuna salad keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge for 3–4 days.
