Only real lovers of coffee will understand what a great thing pumpkin spice latte is in autumn. Pumpkin spice latte is one of few things that I can’t live without in the fall. Because of this coffee, autumn isn’t that cold and sad. This coffee brings so many colors into my life! You don’t need to go to Starbucks to buy this coffee—you can make it by yourself at home.
Ingredients
- 1 can (425g Size) Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Ginger
- ¼ teaspoons Clove
- ¼ teaspoons Muscat
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Water (as Needed)
Preparation
Put everything into a bowl and mix. Add water until everything is loose and liquid. Bring to a boil and reduce until the consistency of thick syrup. Remove from heat, discard cinnamon sticks, and allow to cool.
Pour syrup into a special bottle with a cork. Syrup keeps in the fridge for 3 weeks.
Note: To make a pumpkin spice latte, bring some milk, espresso and few spoonfuls of syrup to a boil. Taste and adjust flavor as desired, adding more sugar and spices as needed. Top with whipped cream or coconut cream.
