Description
These shrimp have a perfect pop of flavor. Great alone, atop a salad or steak, or as an appetizer. Can be grilled or sauteed.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Lime Zest
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Chipotle Chile Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Preparation
Combine shrimp, garlic, zest, salt, chili powder and pepper in a medium bowl, tossing to coat shrimp.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add shrimp to pan and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in the lime juice and butter and cook for 1 minute, tossing to coat. Remove from pan.
