I love this recipe when I am in a hurry in the morning. It’s full of protein, calcium, potassium and it even has a little kick. BAM!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Frozen Banana (or More To Taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 cup Chocolate Soy Milk

Preparation

Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth! YUM!
