Description
A creamy, zippy dip made with edamame beans, cannellini beans, paprika, garlic and lemon.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Can Cannellini Beans, Drained, Rinsed
- 1-½ cup Edamame Beans, Shelled, Cooked
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper (or More To Taste)
Preparation
In a food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
