Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered Or Diced, If Large
  • 4 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Diced Into Small Cubes
  • ¼ cups Fresh Basil Leaves, Thinly Sliced Or Torn
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt To Taste
  • Crackers, Pita, Or Bread, For Serving

Preparation

Combine the tomatoes, cheese, basil, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt in a large bowl. Stir, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Stir again, and taste. Add more salt if you’d like.

Serve with your favorite bread or crackers. Perfect!
