Description

Coconut, almonds and chocolate, oh my! Best candy bar breakfast ever! Perfect oatmeal for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened, Vanilla Almond Milk, I Use Almond Breeze
  • Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sliced Almonds
  • 2 teaspoons Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Prepare the oats with the almond milk and a pinch of salt using your favorite method, stove top or microwave. Once cooked, stir in the coconut, almonds and salt and top with chocolate chips. Eat it like that, or sir in the chocolate so it gets melty and gooey.
