Description

Are you getting enough water? Be good to yourself, ditch the sodas and start drinking more H2O!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • ⅓ cups Blackberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • ⅓ cups Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • 4 slices Lemon
  • 4 slices Limes
  • 4 slices Orange
  • ⅓ cups Pineapple (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • ⅓ cups Peaches (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • 4 whole Basil Leaves
  • 4 whole Mint Leaves

Preparation

Before bedtime, add any combination of fruit and herb leaves to a couple of quart jars of filtered water. Then place the jars in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

Possible combinations:
raspberries and mint leaves
blackberries and mint leaves
strawberries and lemon slices and mint leaves
peaches and basil leaves
citrus blend of lemons, limes, and oranges with mint leaves
