Description

A delicious and easy breakfast that is perfect for the holiday season (or any time you’re in the mood for it). You can change it up easily by adding in different fruits or nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Quick Oats
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ¼ cups Melted Butter
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ cups Chopped Fresh Cranberries
  • ½ cups Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Mix all of your ingredients into one medium-sized bowl until well combined. Pour mixture into a greased 13×9 inch baking pan. The mixture will just cover the bottom of the pan.

Place into an oven set to 350ºF and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

Serve immediately or it can be eaten once cooled completely. Top with a little extra milk if you’d like!
