Description
Raspberry lambic beer poured over vanilla ice cream. A boozy raspberry dreamsicle, if you will.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 bottle Lambic Beer (Lindemans Framboise Is Widely Available, 12 Ounce Bottle)
Preparation
Scoop ice cream into 2 glasses. Slowly pour lambic over ice cream. Eat, sip, enjoy.
Play around with different combinations. A rich, creamy stout over dulce du leche ice cream, a tart peach lambic over raspberry sherbet…experiment!
