Description
Spare ribs seasoned with salt, pepper, white wine and chopped garlic, baked with sliced onions, drizzled with olive oil, and brushed with honey.
Ingredients
- 1-½ kilogram Spare Ribs
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Thyme, To Taste
- 150 milliliters White Wine
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Medium Onions, Sliced Into Rounds
- 150 milliliters Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation
Slice spare ribs into strips. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, white wine and chopped garlic. Marinate about 1 hour.
In a glass baking dish, place sliced onions on top the spare ribs, along with the marinade. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350ºF) for about 1 hour. When spare ribs are almost done, remove from the oven and brush each piece with honey. Place back in the oven for 5–10 minutes.
Serve spare ribs with fried potatoes.
