Description
Honey mustard chicken is one of my favorite meals, so I thought using a honey mustard sauce for pork chops would be a delicious meal too, and they definitely are. The pork chops are tender and juicy covered in a delicious honey mustard sauce then baked until they are tender. This cooking method is a lot easier and cleaner than cooking them on the stove top.
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- ¼ cups Dijon Mustard
- ¼ cups Honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly over pork chops.
Place pork chops into a baking dish. Mix mustard and honey together in a small bowl. Pour honey mustard evenly over each pork chop. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
