Peruvian Tilapia Ceviche

Description

Classic Peruvian-style Tilapia Ceviche. Less than 7 ingredients needed and it’s all fresh and ready in less than an hour!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fresh Tilapia, Cubed
  • ½ cups Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Red Onion, Sliced Thin

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, add tilapia, citrus juices, garlic, salt, pepper and cilantro and stir until well combined. Cover and stick in refrigerator for 45 minutes.

When ready to serve, stir in sliced onions or use them as a garnish on top of ceviche. Serve cold with favorite crackers, avocado salad, corn salad, or sweet potatoes.

Note: You can leave ceviche in refrigerator longer to allow it to marinate but made sure you only add onions when ready to serve or they will get soggy.
