A healthy spin on mac and cheese!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Pasta (I Used Penne)
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cups Nutritional Yeast
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
Preparation
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta then put it back into the pot.
Place frozen peas in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix all of the ingredients into the pot with the pasta and warm it over low heat. Enjoy!
