Description
Mildly spicy honey mustard roasted cashews adapted from the Joy the Baker Cookbook.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- ½ Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-½ teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1-⅓ cup Raw, Unsalted Cashews
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat.
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together honey, olive oil, mustard, red pepper flakes, and salt. Toss cashews into mixture and stir until all of the cashews are coated.
Spread cashews in a single layer on baking sheet and bake at 375ºF for 10-15 minutes until fragrant, stirring once about halfway through cooking time.
Remove from oven, let cool, and consume!
