Description
A quick and simple appetizer: red bell peppers, ranch mix and cheese combine for a people-pleasing dip!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature (I Used 1/3-less Fat)
- ½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Roughly Diced
- 6 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 ounces, weight Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
- ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process to combine. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
If you don’t have a food processor, dice the red pepper as finely as possible and mix all ingredients until well blended. The dip won’t be as smooth but still should come together.
