Description

Raw and gluten-free energy bars. These are great for long runs/marathon training.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Pitted Dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse several times to chop and combine into a dough-like consistency. Form the ‘dough’ into balls/muffins/squares/bars and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
