Easy meatless dinner option that’s packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- ¼ cups Sesame Paste
- 6 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch Za’atar Seasoning
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- FOR THE SANDWICH:
- 1 whole Frozen Vegetable And Grain Patty (I Used Boca Essentials Roasted Vegetable And Red Quinoa)
- ¼ whole Seedless Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
- ½ whole Small Tomato, Sliced
- 2 slices Bread (your Choice), Toasted
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Tahini Dressing (Recipe Included)
- 1 pinch Za’atar Seasoning
- FOR THE SIDE SALAD:
- ¼ whole Seedless Cucumber, Diced
- ½ whole Small Tomato, Diced
- ¼ whole Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Tahini Dressing (Recipe Included)
Preparation
Make dressing by combining sesame paste, water, lemon juice and seasonings in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and thoroughly combined.
Make sandwich by layering burger along with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on the toasted bread and drizzle with tahini dressing and a pinch of extra za’atar.
For the side salad, combine diced cumbers, tomatoes and onion in a small bowl and dress with tahini dressing.
