Cinnamon Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Unsalted Butter
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 3  Eggs
  • 3 cups Sifted Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease an angel food cake pan (or bundt pan).

Cream together the butter, sugar, and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour mixture and sour cream to the creamed mixture. Mix well.

Mix topping ingredients together.

Pour half of the batter into the cake pan, sprinkle on 3/4 of the topping mixture, top with the rest of the batter and sprinkle the rest of the topping mixture.

Bake for 55-65 minutes.
