Description
These brownies are over-the-top chocolate flavor. They are gooey on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They are the perfect base for a brownie sundae.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-½ stick Butter, Melted
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Using stand or hand mixer, beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugars, beat until mixed. Add cocoa powder, flour, vanilla, butter, salt. Beat until mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into greased 8×8 or similar pan. Bake 40–45 minutes, until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.
