Description

Vanilla Strawberry Overnight Oats are an easy make-ahead breakfast recipe for spring and summer. You can meal prep them in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk Of Choice
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup Or Honey
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Of Sea Salt
  • 7  Strawberries, Chopped, Plus Extra For Topping

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together very well. Divide between jars and cover.

Refrigerate overnight, then serve cold topped with extra fruit.

Note: Makes 2 larger or 4 smaller servings.
