Description
A simple snack or appetizer: crackers with dip, cucumbers and cheese.
Ingredients
- 10 whole Crackers
- 5 Tablespoons White Bean Dip Or Hummus
- 1 whole Small Cucumber, Sliced
- 2 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Basil, Slivered
Preparation
Top each cracker with 1/2 tablespoon of dip, then add cucumber, cheddar cheese and slivered basil.
