Description
Black eyed peas, cucumber, cilantro and tomatoes make a beautiful salsa.
Ingredients
- 15 ounces, weight Black-Eyed Peas, Canned
- 15 ounces, weight Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- ½ whole Cucumber, Diced
- ½ whole Yellow Onion, Diced
- ¼ bunches Cilantro Fresh
- 2 whole Fresh Jalapenos, Washed And Diced
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
Preparation
Toss everything together and salt to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
