Description

Black eyed peas, cucumber, cilantro and tomatoes make a beautiful salsa.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Black-Eyed Peas, Canned
  • 15 ounces, weight Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • ½ whole Cucumber, Diced
  • ½ whole Yellow Onion, Diced
  • ¼ bunches Cilantro Fresh
  • 2 whole Fresh Jalapenos, Washed And Diced
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

Preparation

Toss everything together and salt to taste. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
