Description
This easy and very healthy yogurt avocado dip can be used with chips, veggies or on wraps. The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Plain Fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 3 whole Large Avocados
- ½ teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1 whole Chopped Seeded Jalapeño Pepper
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cumin
Preparation
1. Mix yogurt, avocados, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and cumin into bowl or food processor. Either mix by hand or use a food processor.
2. Serve with your choice of chips, veggies or use as dressing for a wrap.
