Description

Peanut Butter Granola Bars, made with raw honey, coconut oil, and flax seeds.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • ½ cups Raw Honey
  • ¾ cups Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cups Dried Fruit Or Seeds
  • ¼ cups Flax Seeds
  • ½ cups Nuts (optional)
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix to combine. Add in additional honey if mixture is still dry.

Using a spatula or your hands, press mixture evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool then slice into bars. Enjoy!
