Description
Hot out of the oven, serve with tortilla chips, flat bread, pita chips or crackers! Fast and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (15 Oz. Size) Marinated Artichokes
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (I Prefer Dukes)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- ¼ cups Onion, Diced Small
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ cups Shredded Cheese (Italian Blend, Swiss Or Mozzarella)
Preparation
Drain artichokes and chop. Mix artichokes with all remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling. Serve with chips, crackers, pita bread or flat bread.
Note:
The Italian blend cheese can be found in most grocery stores but Swiss or mozzarella also work.
I use a 6″ x 10″ baking dish but any medium size will work well.
