Description

Almonds are a fantastic source of fiber and healthful fats. And they are quite tasty. This hummus has a unique flavor that is fantastic as a dip or sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Almonds, Soaked In Water In The Refrigerator Overnight
  • ⅓ cups Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
  • ½ cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and mix until a smooth puree is formed. For a slightly chunky texture, reserve 2 tablespoons almonds (unsoaked) and add right at the end of pureeing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
