World’s Best Stroganoff Recipe

Description

A couple of simple ingredients, and bam, perfect delicious goodness. It’s the sauce that really makes this a winner.

Ingredients

  • ½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Or Beef, Cooked
  • 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Amy’s Tomato Bisque Soup
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 4 cups Cooked White Rice

Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and chopped onions. Cook onions until translucent in color.

Add ground chicken and continue cooking until browned. Stir in tomato soup and continue cooking over medium heat until warmed through, approximately 6–10 minutes.

Turn heat down to low and slowly stir in = sour cream until combined. Spoon stroganoff over a bed of white rice to eat!
