Ingredients
- 1 Tomato
- 1 slice Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large Basil Leaf
Preparation
Slice tomato and dice mozzarella cheese. Place both in a small bowl, then add the pepper and salt. Add olive oil and stir gently, then place basil leaf on the rim of the bowl.
