Sun-dried Tomato Hummus for Beginners

Description

I love this hummus because it is a great recipe for beginners. It doesn’t require any chopping or special ingredient prep and it uses peanut butter instead of tahini. Let’s make hummus!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Drained Chickpeas, Unsalted
  • ¾ cups Water
  • ½ cups Sun-dried Tomatoes In Oil, With Liquid
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 4 dashes Black Pepper

Preparation

Add all ingredients to food processor. Puree for 5 minutes. Scrape sides. Puree for 3–5 more minutes.
