I love this hummus because it is a great recipe for beginners. It doesn’t require any chopping or special ingredient prep and it uses peanut butter instead of tahini. Let’s make hummus!
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Drained Chickpeas, Unsalted
- ¾ cups Water
- ½ cups Sun-dried Tomatoes In Oil, With Liquid
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 dashes Black Pepper
Preparation
Add all ingredients to food processor. Puree for 5 minutes. Scrape sides. Puree for 3–5 more minutes.
