Delicious sous vide scallops.
Ingredients
- 7 pieces Scallops
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3 teaspoons Brown Butter
- 1 teaspoon Butter, Softened, For Searing
Preparation
Preheat water and set sous vide circulator to 140ºF.
Place scallops in a sturdy resealable bag. Add salt, pepper, brown butter and seal bag. Submerge bag in the water and cook for 35 minutes.
On a high heat pan, add butter and sear scallops for 30 seconds on each side.
