Low-calorie low-fuss summer appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 whole Avocado, diced
- ½ pounds Turkey Cold Cuts
- ½ cups Basil Pesto
- 2 ounces, weight Alfalfa Sprouts
Preparation
Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper on top of the avocado.
Place one piece of turkey in front of you. Spread some pesto on the turkey, add some avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Tightly roll up the turkey.
Slice each turkey roll in half, and serve.
