If you haven’t added kale to your daily diet, do it now. It is low calorie, fat free, high in fiber, and filled with healthy nutrients. Plus, if used in the right recipe, it can taste amazing.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cups Chopped Kale
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- ½ cups Chopped Onions
- 1 whole Egg
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Pepper
Preparation
Pour oil in large skillet. Add kale and sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add garlic and onions.
Remove veggies from frying pan. In the same pan, crack egg and fry.
Remove egg and place on top of kale. Add salt and pepper.
