Description

A traditional salsa that can be served with everything from chips to scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • ½ whole Red Onion
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • ½ whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • ½ whole Cucumber, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute flavors. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to set. Serve on top of chicken, with tortilla chips, stirred into scrambled eggs or as a side dish with your favorite meal.
