Description
A fresh twist on traditional salsa that can be served on top of fish, tortilla chips or as a side dish with your favorite meal.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 whole Mango, Peeled And Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute flavors. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to set. Serve on top of fish, with tortilla chips or as a side dish with your favorite meal.
