Description
A light and healthy take on traditional salsa serve on top of chicken or as a side dish to your favorite meal.
Ingredients
- ½ whole Red Onion, Diced
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 cup Sweet Corn, Uncooked And Cut Staright Off The Cob
- 1 cup Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Cumin
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to distribute flavors. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to set. Serve on top of chicken, with tortilla chips or as a side dish with your favorite meal.
