Description

Super easy and fast breakfast, or lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 12 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • Salt And Pepper To Tase

Preparation

Chop your green onions and break up the cream cheese into little chunks. Set aside.

Mellt the butter in your frying pan on medium-low heat.

While the butter melts, beat the eggs with the milk until combined. Add your salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Don’t stir up the eggs too much, just occasionally scrape the bottom to mix up the cooked egg with the runny stuff.

Once the eggs are mostly cooked but still look a little wet, turn off the heat. You don’t want overcooked eggs, they’re rubbery and icky!

As soon as you turn off the heat, mix the cream cheese chunks and chopped green onions into the eggs. Let it sit for just a few seconds, so that the heat of the pan melts the cream cheese.
