Description
Use leftover turkey in this super simple casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 box (375g Size) Spaghetti
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
- ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups Chopped Cooked Turkey
Preparation
Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions. Drain. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a saucepan, place cream cheese, cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper over very low heat. Heat and stir until smooth. In a large bowl, toss together the cream cheese mixture with the cooked turkey and spaghetti. Transfer to a greased baking dish or two.
Bake 25–35 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
Substituting chicken for the turkey would be just as good!
