1 bowl, 5 ingredients, a microwave, and 90 seconds is all you need to make the creamiest fudge ever!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar, Sifted
- ½ cups Cocoa Powder, Sifted
- ½ cups Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cups Milk (Chocolate If You Have It!)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans (optional)
Preparation
Line a 6 x 8 (or similar sized) glass pan with plastic wrap.
Put all ingredients, excluding vanilla and optional nuts, into a bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds. Whisk until smooth. Whisk in vanilla and optional nuts.
Pour into prepared pan, cover, and chill in the refrigerator until set.
