Description
Seven simple ingredients, one amazing result!
Ingredients
- ½ pounds Linguine Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 28 ounces, fluid San Marzano Whole Tomatoes, Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Red Chili Flakes
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chiffonade
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Preparation
Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil for pasta.
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan and add garlic. Cook for just a few minutes then add tomatoes with all the juice, and chili flakes. Simmer on low while you cook pasta.
Once pasta is al dente, remove from water and add to tomato sauce. Add fresh basil and toss to combine.
Top with as much or as little Parmesan cheese as your heart desires—if you’re like me, that’s a lot of cheese. Buon appetito!
