Description
A warm and spicy, healthy drink with a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Milk
- 1 Chai Tea Bag (caffeine Free Infusion)
- ½ cups Boiling Water
- 1 teaspoon Honey (add More To Taste)
- 2 drops Almond Essence
- ¼ cups Coconut Milk
- Ground Cinnamon, For Dusting
Preparation
Heat the milk in a microwave safe jug in the microwave for about 1 minute or until hot.
Pour into a milk frother and froth. (If you don’t have one you can skip this step, it won’t make a difference to the taste!)
Place the tea bag in a mug and pour boiling water over the tea bag, allowing to steep for a few minutes. Stir in the honey and almond essence.
Pour in the coconut milk, then the frothed milk, and top with a dusting of ground cinnamon.
