Ingredients
- 1 loaf Crusty Whole Grain Bread, Homemade Or Store Bought (to Serve 8)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Shelled Edamame, Cooked And Smashed
- 1 cup Peas, Cooked And Smashed
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 bunch Radishes, Sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Slice bread. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and put them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until golden and toasted.
Mix together the edamame, peas, garlic, yogurt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Spread the mixture over the toasted bread and top with radish slices.
