Description
A really yummy smoothie, adapted from a smoothie stand in the local mall. We actually use this as breakfast, or a post-workout meal, as it’s really rather good for you!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Ripe Bananas
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (the Higher The Peanut Percentage, The Better, I Use 100%!)
- 1 cup Frozen Yogurt (preferably Low Fat!)
- 4 cubes Ice
Preparation
This one is about as simple as it gets:
1. Pour the juice into your blender
2. Add the banana, broken up into large chunks
3. Add the peanut butter, and the frozen yogurt
4. Drop in a few ice cubes if you feel you need them
5. Blend thoroughly until smooth
6. Serve in a glass, preferably with a brightly coloured straw, and enjoy!
