Ingredients
- 3 cups Long Grain Rice
- 6 cups Water
- 1 pound Shrimp-Large Or Medium, Frozen Ready To Eat
- 2 pounds Stir Fry Vegetables – Frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 jar (11 Oz. Size) Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
Preparation
1. Place rice and the first amount of water into a rice cooker and cook per manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Thaw shrimp under cool running water and remove the tails. Set aside.
3. Place vegetables and the second amount of water in a large skillet on medium heat and allow it to heat and steam.
4. Place shrimp in a medium skillet, cover with half of the teriyaki sauce, and heat on medium. Now smother the vegetables with the remaining teriyaki sauce, continuing to heat on medium until slightly tender.
5. The shrimp and vegetables will both be done in 15 minutes.
6. Each person can now fill their own rice bowl or plate (proportionately as desired) with rice, vegetables and shrimp. Enjoy!
