French Onion Dip Stuffed Mushrooms

Your favorite french onion dip baked into mushroom caps, YUM!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pound Baby Bella Mushrooms, Stems Removed
  • 2 cups Your Favorite Onion Dip
  • ½ cups Crushed Potato Chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Melt butter in an oven safe sauté pan over medium heat. Brown the mushroom caps in the butter. Once the mushrooms are browned, remove the pan from heat and stuff them with your favorite onion dip. We made our own but you can use any store bought dip as well. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and place them in a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until the chips are golden brown.
